Long Guns $35.00 Fee per Firearm

Handguns $40.00 Fee per Firearm

Ammunition $15.00 Fee per Order

Expired 4473 $10.00 Fee

Policy

• asGuardian Defense, LLC. reserves the right to deny any transfer
• We will only accept transfers from an FFL Dealer
• Private Sales at the same rates – seller must bring the firearm to asGuardian Defense, LLC.
• All receivers must be stripped lowers. NYS S.A.F.E. Act prohibits the transfer of a completed lower receiver.
• Certain dealers/websites already have our license on file and will ship to us immediately so please call us to verify your transfer will be accepted. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and transfer fees even if it is not accepted
• Please call or e-mail us with the following information regarding a transfer:
  • Your Name
  • Your Phone Number
  • Item Being Transferred
  • Order/Invoice #
  • Email address for the FFL Dealer that we need to send the license to.
• We will have to make any firearm NYS compliant under the S.A.F.E. Act before the transfer at your cost unless you are a police/peace officer
• If the firearm being transferred is not compliant with the S.A.F.E. Act and we are unable to make it compliant you will be responsible for the transfer fees and return shipping costs
• Magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds will be forfeited to asGuardian Defense, LLC if a 10-round magazine is available. If none are available asGuardian Defense, LLC will be forced to make it compliant for an additional fee unless you are a police/peace officer
• ESTATE Transfers: Please contact us so we can let you know what we need to complete the transfer
• Firearms being sent to us from a manufacturer under warranty work/gunsmithing are still subject to a NICS 4473 Background Check and appropriate transfer fees
• We only transfer firearms to U.S. Citizens
• You must be 18 years of age or older to take possession of a long gun
• You must be 18 years of age or older to take possession of ammunition
• You must be 21 years of age or older to take possession of a receiver
• You must be 21 years of age or older and possess an NYS Pistol Permit or Law Enforcement Credentials to take possession of a handgun
